These pumpkin cookies are tender, fluffy, easy to make…and delicious. They can be enjoyed plain or with your favorite glaze or icing. My favorite is a recipe I call “Out of this World Maple Glaze,” and I am drooling just thinking about it. These pumpkin cookies are a hit whenever I make them, and I hope you love them, too.
