Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

 1 cup Leftover Pot Roast - Shredded
 1 Green Bell PepperCut in thin slices
 1 White OnionCut in thin slices
 2 tbsp Vegetable or Olive Oil
 1 Package of Hoagie RollsToast if desired
 1 Package of Sliced Provolone Cheese

In a large frying pan, heat two tablespoons of oil.

Place sliced green peppers and white onion in hot pan and sauté until they are a bit limp, but have some crunchiness.

Add in shredded beef. Heat until hot.

Place the beef, onion and green pepper mixture into a sliced hoagie roll. Toasting the hoagie roll is optional.

Place a piece of provolone cheese on the hot beef, onion and green pepper mixture and close hoagie roll to let the cheese melt.
