Easy Edamame Salad

 16 oz frozen, shelled edamame (green soybeans), 3 cups
 14 oz frozen sweet corn kernels
 1 red bell pepper, diced
 2 fl oz balsamic dressingAdd enough balsamic dressing to taste - can be more or less than 2 fl oz
 ¼ tsp cumin - if desiredAdd more or less cumin as desired
 ¼ tsp salt - if desiredAdd more or less salt as desired
 ¼ tsp pepper - if desiredAdd more or less pepper as desired

In a mixing bowl add frozen edamame and corn and microwave for about three minutes.

Add red bell pepper to the edamame and corn mixture.

Add balsamic dressing to taste.

Add cumin, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix thoroughly. Serve. This recipe can be refrigerated up to three days.
